I opened the salon in 1994, previously operating a busy home salon for several years.It is located in Russell St, Batemans Bay (Sth coast NSW Australia) with very easy drive up to the door access for dropping off & collecting dogs.
It has plenty of fresh air access as well as being air conditioned so us workers & the pets remain very comfy .
The salon is equipped with the best equipment so as the highest quality grooming can be achieved .Many products have been tried over the years & only the best Australian made & some American products are used. Natural pryethrin shampoo & rinses being used if required, no harsh toxic chemicals.
All dogs are shampooed & blow dried by one of the highly experienced staff prior to any grooming.The girls that work in the salon with me are qualified vet nurses with many years expertise grooming, ensuring your pet is always well cared for. No sedation is used on pets in the salon...instead gentle patient persuasion usually gets the results. It is a matter of confidence building in a dog that may at first be nervous.
